The Kevin Love Fund (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information obtained from website visitors and program participants (“you” or “your”). This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Kevin Love Fund website (“Site”) and information collected in connection with your participation of Kevin Love Fund programs or events (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected through third party websites or services you may access through the Site. By visiting and using this Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Personal Information We Collect

In the course of providing our Services, we may collect Personal Information. “Personal Information” includes any information that we collect about you that, alone or in combination with other information, can be used to identify you, such as a personal identifier (e.g., name or email address), an identification number, online identifiers, or inferences about your preferences. Personal Information does not include publicly available information or information that is de-identified or aggregated so that it cannot be used to identify individuals who use the Services.

Personal Information

I We may collect your name, email address, school name, and any information you provide in filling out a form listed on the Site. In the course of using our Services, you may also choose to volunteer information about any mental or physical health conditions, treatment, diagnoses, or other sensitive health information. For individuals who work for the Kevin Love Fund Fellowship program, we may also collect phone number, address, and other information to allow us to compensate you for your participation.

Usage data is information that is collected automatically when you visit or use this Site. This information may include Internet Protocol Address (“IP Address”), device manufacturer, operating system, browser type, domain name, and pages you visit on the Site.

Payment Card Information

We rely on a third party processor to collect payment card information, including your name, address, credit card number, and other information to process payments if you decide to donate to the Kevin Love Fund. We do not store or use your payment card information on our systems. For more information about the collection and processing of your payment card information, please see the privacy policy of the payment card platform that hosts the payment platform. Our payment card processor may provide us with your name and the amount of any donation.

How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

We collect Personal Information provided directly by you when you use our Services. We may also receive Personal Information from third parties. Other information, including usage data, is collected automatically when you use and/or visit our Site.

We use the Personal Information you provide us or that we collect for the following purposes:
